Postpunk originators Gang of Four will release Content, their first new studio album in 16 years on January 25 via Yep Roc in North America and Grönland in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
The Guardian is offering a free three-song Gang of Four EP for download right here, along with commentary from Gill and fellow co-leader Jon King. It includes a reworking of "Glass", a song from their classic debut Entertainment!, the new, non-album track "Sleeper", and a remixed version of the Content song "I Party All the Time".
